Patrick Riordan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Driven. He has greater than ten years of Sports Technology and management experience to help to manage our team, provide business structure, and bring greater awareness to our amazing event registration software. Patrick has spent most of his life in Reno, NV. An avid athlete, Patrick is a Masters Alpine ski racer, and a triathlete. To date, he has competed in nearly 100 multi-sport events racing all distances, including Ironman.
Matt grew up in upstate NY and graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Following college he worked at Accenture serving in roles ranging from developer to technical architecture lead on several large federal government projects. He enjoys creating elegant, scalable, and survivable systems to handle new and interesting problems. His role at The Driven is to provide expert guidance to the development team as well as to manage The Driven's cloud based infrastructure. Matt insures that The Driven's site doesn't go down regardless of the number of people accessing it or what is happening elsewhere in the world.
Swadesh grew up in India, and graduated from Nagpur university in 2005. Since graduation, he has worked with multiple software companies serving in roles ranging from developer to database architect. Since 2012, Swadesh has served as the Director of Information Technology for our affiliate company, The Driven IT Solutions, where he recruits and manages all IT personnel while overseeing project deliveries. Under his leadership, the team has quickly grown to include 40 programmers, graphic designers and quality assurance professionals. The Driven team has had a hard time getting Swadesh out of the office!
Julie grew up in Pemberville, Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2009. She then moved to Detroit where she gained experience in print and web design. She has enjoyed working with many clients both large and small as a Freelance Graphic Designer. She is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys running, biking and traveling with her husband. Julie is very excited to assist both The Driven Race and Club Solutions and The Driven IT Solutions customers reach their goals.
